New Laminate Flooring!
I recently had fire damage to my flat and have been renovating ever since, I wanted something that looked authentic but also something that suited my budget/bank balance too! Coming into the store I was shown several different options and did not feel 'pushed' into choosing one particular product which was good as it gave me a chance to think over what colour and style would suit the decor. I was able to find a very cost effective laminate that whilst well within my budget also has a ten year warranty which is great.

Karndean Flooring
I was looking for flooring to replace very old/damaged parquet floor - I had heard about amtico and karndean floors from friends of mine and I was interested in getting a quote for a natural oak finish for my hallway and kitchen. Already having been quoted for amtico at another shop £4000+(the other shop wouldnt give a breakdown of costs unless I paid deposit) so I went to Capel with trepidation of the potential costs for this material! Capel gave me a breakdown of all materials and work required and quoted just £2000 which included fitting, materials and floor preparation - I was very impressed with te service as they got straight to the point and were able to let me know exactly when the floor could be fitted. I wouldn't go elsewhere in future.

Budget To Suit!
I was looking for carpet to cover three bedrooms and a lounge to tidy up a property before sale/viewings, I told Capel staff that I was on a very tight budget (as I had to save money to fix other issues before sale). The staff were very patient with me and showed me various options that were well within my budget. I was able to get the carpet for all the rooms fitted in one day only four days after purchase - they really accomadated me!

Great Service
I had to have two carpets fitted in a hurry as tenants were moving in to the premises in one week, Capel supplied me with a budget carpet and were able to fit in a couple of days - brilliant!

Exceptional Service!
I needed 3 rooms and a stairs/landing fitted with new carpets after a flood - Capel were very helpful and suited to my budget. I would definatly reccomend them to anyone looking for a great deal!
