Don't Care, Healthcare

My company used Capita at Milton park as it's employees "healthcare?" (unfortunately) My first appointment...kept waiting by the healthcare "professional??" for ten minutes whilst she chatted about her weekend. I was her only appointment ...no explanation..totally unprofessional.I walked out!! Returned (forced to) no explanation from her boss again, totally unprofessional. I was diagnosed (by my GP) with anxiety/depression and was FORCED to see a psychiatrist by my employer on the suggestion of the quack of a doctor at capita.No explanation from my employer or capita......shambolic! To add to my woe's this so called doctor discussed my mental health on a conference call with members of my company (which I thought was illegal) who knows who was listening or what it had to do with three people from my company. Anyway ultimately it cost me my mental health and eventually my job! Thanks to capita healthcare Milton Park. If you find your company uses this company for it's employee healthcare.Be afraid!,be VERY afraid as the "professionals" I was confronted by were nothing more than "Quacks"
