If you have ever lost yourself in a good book or film, or realised you can't remember driving the last mile home, then you have probably been in a hypnotic state!
During hypnosis the body and the conscious mind are in a relaxed, natural state. Whilst in this state the subconscious mind can be very receptive to beneficial suggestions and will accept directions which can promote positive change. No one can make you go into a trance against your will. You will always be aware of what is happening around you and you will always be in control.
I am highly qualified, registered and experienced in a number of therapeutic techniques.

I am a professional and experienced full time Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in the beautiful and peaceful conservation village of Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire. The clinic is conveniently situated with good transport links from Bristol, Gloucester, Bath and the surrounding area. I am dedicated to helping and supporting you to make the desired changes in your life.
