disgusting!!!!
They turned up at my house at 19.40 hours when they should have been there at lunch time. They cut the stair carpet on my wooden floor scratching it. I was so distraught I left the room to compose myself only to hear my microwave going. I went to see what was happening to find they had decided to help themselves to my microwave to warm up a drink. They had no reason to be near my kitchen as they were working upstairs !!!!!
