TERRIBLE.
I have ordered 2 times from this company. Both times the delivery arrived late, not by hours but by days. No apology, no offer of compensation, nothing!! I would not recommend to my worst enemy. A truly unreliable company to be avoided at all costs

Highly unsatisfactory
I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. I bought a consignment of cardboard boxes online. They promised to deliver on a Friday; on the morning of that day the courier texted to say they had not received the consignment from the company so had nothing to deliver. It arrived the following Monday, with many boxes in a tatty state, with fewer than I had ordered, and those that came were of the wrong size. Packing tape and a tape measure should have arrived with the boxes - these didn't. I rang up the company twice to have them follow this up, and both times they promised to ring me back - on neither occasion did they do so. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Fail!
I ordered boxes for moving house from 'stock clearance'. The boxes delivered included pizza boxes and book envelopes, and did not include the TV box ordered. When I called, they said the book envelopes were useful for pictures (!) and that on the clearance lines they could send any combination. Really poor service. Although the website says the same, it easily tricks you by saying "ideal for moving house". They then admitted the missing TV box was an oversight n their part, and that they would deliver it the following day. They didn't. This is poor business, poor service and poor quality all round. Avoid.

Truly Terrible
Appallingly outdated and unhelpful customer service and an unreliable source of products. Avoid like the plague. Sent the wrong items in an order and made us wait 30 days to issue a refund / return because, and I quote "by law we have 30 days to issue a return." Surely it's better to try and correct a mistake as quickly as possible, not frustrate the customer further? I whole heatedly recommend this company as a reliable alternative. http://www.kitepackaging.co.uk/. They also sent the wrong item mistakable as part of an order. The next day however, we were delivered a replacement, issued an apology and told we could also keep the item that had been delivered incorrectly.
