started Cathedral Catering in 1994 following many years providing the catering for events at Portsmouth Cathedral.

There are many catering companies around but I wanted to provide people with something that was simple, tasty and celebrated home cooking and the amazing ingredients and recipes Lincolnshire has to offer.

My sandwich fillings, delicious cakes and pastries are made by hand, by me in my own kitchen using locally sourced ingredients.

Having catered for so many events l also know how difficult 'so called' finger buffets can be to eat with dips, hot food and over large portions, so all my buffets are designed to be easy to eat, from my crust-less sandwiches to bite sized cake portions
