SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, SUPER UNFRIENDLY staff. Avoid at all coasts!

At face value, they're a local business with onsite facilities, so you would hope for a friendly and quick service. Sadly it's exactly the opposite. I've been here few times now and giving up. Each time I've drop off my white winter jacket, a pretty straight forward affair, but each time had an unfriendly and awkward conversation with the staff. Most places have a one day, two day, three day service etc, here you ask when it might be ready to collect and they act like you're asking for the meaning of life. My last visit to them have totally putted me down. Ive brought to dry clean a very expensive jacket I bought in Paris. It has some leather pieces and a real fur. So, those stupids have washed in washing machine!!!! Unbelievable how unprofessional it is!!! If I wanted to wash it in washing machine I could do that at home. Well, There is no care instructions on the label inside tag. No descriptions for the allowable treatment of the garment apart of saying "to only wash in competent companies in the field". So, as they have seen a world "wash", So, they did. Now, my expensive jacket is completely destroyed :( All they said me: "Your jacket caused us so many problems… We washed it in washing machine along with someones expensive T-shirt. Now you need to contact manufacturer company for refund". So SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, SUPER UNFRIENDLY staff. Avoid at all coasts!
