Terrible - avoid!!!
The staff here are incredibly rude and patronising and the customer service is non existent. I travelled from Leeds and to this kennel and was greeted rudely on arrival for being 5 minutes later than planned. Our holiday plans changed and I wanted to pick my dog up earlier in the day (still within publicised opening hours). The staff refused to allow this even when I pleaded with them due to my young children being distressed. Absolutely heartless and disgusting treatment from staff. My whippet also came back from this kennel with foamy diahhorea. Avoid this kennel at all cost. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
