Counselling and therapies to address a range of mental health conditions

Our aim is to provide individuals, groups and organisations the opportunity to develop compassion and forgiveness through the third wave psychotherapeutic process of Compassion Focused Therapy. In addition we can provide a number of other therapies including traditional psychotherapies and hypnotherapy to offer a truly eclectic range of interventions for conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, critical self-image, poor self worth, guilt, shame, anger and chronic pain.
