We are an established bathroom design and installation company based in Hertfordshire. We have teams of bathroom installers who are experienced in all types of bathroom projects from cloakrooms to wet-rooms, ensuites or a bathroom makeover. Your job will be project managed from start to finish to a high standard. We undertake all the work involved in a bathroom installation from the strip out, plumbing, tiling,plastering, electrics etc and whats more we offer a two year guarantee to our work.

Disappointed - caused a leak and wouldn't take responsibility for it
Chantry fitted our bathroom and cloakroom for us a few years ago. Mike was unfortunately injured, so his brother stepped in to help - while the work was mostly of reasonable quality, it wasn't as good as Mike's work. Unfortunately he overtightened part of the shower, which resulted in it causing a very slow leak - only discovered months later after water came through the kitchen ceiling and damaged the adjoining wall. The part was inspected by both Mike (who admitted it was very tight), and the manufacturers who stated that it had been overtightened. We had to pay for the shower unit to be replaced, retiling and a new stud wall. We contacted Chantry time and time again to ask them to contribute since they caused the damage, yet they refused to return our calls/emails. So while the quality of the work (apart from the shower) was generally good, and they worked very hard, i'm afraid i was extremely disappointed by the very unfair customer service, especially since we'd just had a new baby, were without a bath/shower for weeks and then had to pay for a new shower unit when i was on maternity pay.

Chantry wasn't the first place we tried but they were the only ones who seemed to be able to understand what we wanted and turned our deas into reality. Very patient, very thorough, excellent fitters(who even clean up at the end of each day!). We are absolutely delighted with the result. Would definately recommend.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
We had our bathroom re-fitted by Chantry bathrooms, and we are very very pleased with it. The staff were really helpful and professional. We have have now got a bathroom to be proud of & are very glad that we used Chantry Bathrooms. I whole heartedly recommend them! Thanks

Disability bathrooms
I needed to remove my bath and have a shower fitted because I have a disability. I wanted a modern design and not something clinical. I visited the showroom which was accessible and Gill talked me through the options available to me. The job took about two weeks to complete and I can't stop looking at it!! I feel like I have moved into a hotel suite, it's exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so helpful.Thank you!
