Formed in 1987 as a multi disciplinary company specialising in Architecture, Project Management, Interior Design, Space Planning, all aspects of building including a full turnkey DESIGN & BUILD service. DESIGN - INTERIORS - CONSTRUCTION

We work using AutoCAD computer packages and are happy to make applications for Buildings Regulations and Planning Permission. This often achieves quicker Council or Statutory Approval and adds the fact that when built by us we become responsible for everything taking away the Clients headache.

In recent months we have enjoyed several contracts that have involved us seeking both PLANNING PERMISSION & BUILDING REGULATIONS. We survey your home and offer advice before preparing AutoCAD drawings which we submit to the Local Authority. Once constructed our clients appreciate the extra effort our team made by consentrating on attention to detail during the construction of the extensions, home improvements or office installations.Many clients come to us with drawings already prepared and permissions in place. Most are home extensions and loft alterations but we welcome any task that requires a trademen.
