About
Charlies Parlour in Bradford-on-Avon offers a Pet Cremation Service. Sadly all cherished pets either pass away naturally, are euthanised or pass under tragic circumstances. As pet owners ourselves we understand the distress experienced at the loss of a much loved pet. We found very little choice available when we needed to use a pet cremation service and recognised a local need for a sympathetic and dignified disposal of a pets remains. Charlies Parlour has been set up to meet this need, offering quality and value for money within a 20 mile radius of Bath.

Collection We can collect your pet from your veterinarian or from your home, and conduct an individual cremation at our premises in Bradford on Avon. We can also return your pets remains within 48 hours. Life Casting We routinely take a bronze effect paw casting from each pet. These can be incorporated into a frame or used as a paper weight. We had to have our dear precious petite old lady pussycat 20yrs old put to sleep on monday 14/1120112011. Paul was so sympathetic, waited for us as we were devastated to lose our precious little girl, explained exactly what would happen and offered sympathy and understanding at a dreadful, heartbreaking time. I collected her ashes on Wedensday 16th Nov from Paul who commented "she was such a little but graceful lady, petitie but loved"..Her ashes will be scattered with the same dignity shown

definitely recommend
We had to have our 14 year old German Shepherd put to sleep recently and Charlies Parlour were both helpful and understanding. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Charlies Parlour were very sympathetic and understanding when my mums beloved Bonnie died. They delivered a very quick and dignified service and kept me informed of the situation. Bonnie was delivered safely back to us and the paw cast is beautiful. They collected Bonnie from the vets and delivered Bonnie back to us even though we are outside their area. I will use them again.

Highly recommended
We lost Ragdale, our 19 year old Westie, earlier this year and we took him to Charlies Parlour to be cremated. The company was very understanding and professional. They provided us with immense comfort at a terrible time for us and i will always appreciate that. A brilliant service.

At a very difficult time, it was great to have the team at Charlie's Parlour to call on. Our beloved cat, Mandu, meant the world to us and the services they offered in some way helped us come to terms with our loss. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Charlie's Parlour.

My partner was totally devastated when her beloved Lurcher Taffy had to be put to sleep, and we could not bury him where we lived as we would not be there long. She did not want to leave Taffy and so we contacted Charlies Parlour. The staff were Trowbridge understanding and sensitive, and nothing was too much trouble. This made a sad occasion bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlies Parlour to anyone who has suffered a pet bereavement.

We had to have our beloved cat put to sleep last night. Paul, from Charlie's Parlour collected her from us at 2200hrs the same night. He returned her to us this evening in a lovely ceramic cat jar. He was so kind and understanding he really made us feel a little better. We had used Charlie's Parlour twice before for our two rats. Again the service was exceptional - especially as they had not dealt with rats before. They went out of there way to ensure that the "boys" were treated with the same dignity that they accord to larger pets. Whilst I hope that we won't require their services too soon, I shall recommend them to all our friends and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Paul and Rob.
