Charnwood Property Improvements is a Leicestershire based building and property refurbishment company based in Markfield on the edge of the Charnwood Forest.
We have grown into an established business completing projects both locally and out of county, as far away as Argyll, Scotland and Anglesey, North Wales

Charnwood Property Improvements offer a complete project managed property renovation package. Regardless of the size of your property, leave us to organise planning and sort out building regulation issues as appropriate. We will organise our own trades people to be on site, working to a schedule drawn up by ourselves and agreed with by you the customer.
Charnwood property have completed many such projects from two bed terraces to listed chapel conversions. We have built up a level of expertise that will allow you the customer to have confidence in the final outcome.

Replacing a Patio
On the recommendation of some friends, I first used this company to replace a large patio area . When coming around to look at the job the advice I received was very helpful and professional with a very clear and competitive quote and no hidden extras. The work was completed on time to a very high standard. We are so delighted with the work that we have asked them back to undertake further work around the house. Refurbishment of cloakroom and upstairs toilet
We used the company to tile porch, reburbish downstairs cloakroom and upstairs toilet. The work was of an excellent standard and completed within the scheduled time frame. A bonus for us was the organisation of extra tradesman required on the job. We would definitely recommend Charnwood Property Improvements and will definitely use the company again for further work on the house/garden.

refurbishment of victorian semi
I have used this company to refurbish my house and landscape my back garden. The work involved some structural work, fitting new kitchen and bathroom, decorating lounge and bedroom (in which a fireplace was reinstated), laying down tiled and laminated floors. A lot of help and advice were provided to source materials. All the work was carried out very professionally to an excellent finish and I would thorouhgly recommend this company.

Kitchen Alterations
After searching for a good builder to make a kitchen alteration to make the kitchen dining an open plan espace, I decide to use Charwood Property Improvements as their quotes was very competitive and they came across very professional company. They stood by their original budget and by the time they original said it wasd going to take. The best part of it is that they arrange everything for me, the extra labour, the plaster, and the electrician. I would recomend this company to anyone.

Building alterations and kitchen fitting
I used Charnwood Property Improvements on the recommendation of a friend. They were a thoroughly professional business. The quotation was very competitive but above all clear and we had no extras or additions. The advice given about how best to do the work saved us time and money and improved the kitchen we ended up with. The work was carried out exactly to our requirements and on schedule. They have done work for me three times and I will definitely use them again.
