Just awful
Let down on a collection....again. I don't expect brilliance but competence would be nice. They take ages to pick up the phone, are surly with you when they do, their website is a nightmare to use, their drivers swear every other word and, worst of all, make you look bad in front of your customers. Laziness has stopped me going elsewhere but this is the last straw. Avoid at all costs.
