I would like to thank you on behalf of all the family for the car and kindness shown to us. Your thoughtfulness throughout the planning stage has helped us through this difficult time. We were able to visit our Mother in the chapel which was a calm and quite area which gave us space with Mum and our thoughts. Each evening when we left we knew she was in good hands. Everyone in the office showed us patience and kindness. The funeral day was one which we all feared but your staff guided us throughout, ensuring that it was what we wanted at all times, even to the route which we took to the crematorium via Enfield Wash, which was a route our Mother took weekly to visit our Grandmother. The staff showed their professionalism when the Royal Naval Association standard bearer arrived without warning and walked ahead of the procession. your help and guidance gave our family the confidence to help carry the coffin and the photograph into the church. The release of the dove was a lovely ending to proceedings. The thoughtfulness of a rose from the flower for each of us and the condolence book was a lovely memento of the day.
