Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. 1st order placed- no correspondence at all for delivery after 1 week, cancelled via PayPal and refunded immediately. Tina from Chic Feet then responded saying she had refunded payment, I explained I still needed the shoes for a function the following week and she said if I replaced the order she would send them out the following Monday . Shoes never arrived and I’m still waiting, Tina refuses to answer any emails and not answering the phone. Luckily I ordered via PayPal so will now cancel this order. Don’t waste your time and money with this company
