Karate classes are on Monday and Wednesday nights, juniors 6.0-7.0pm adults 7.15-8.45pm. We also offer ladies only kickboxing classes taught by a female instructor on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm. All classes are taught by experienced instructors in a well equipped private environment. We operate as a pay as you train club, with no joining fee or monthly direct debits. ...
