Poor service
Ordered our food at 8 and after 2hrs it still didn't arrive. Drove down to the shop to see where our delivery was after ringing more than 40 times to find out the food was still sat in the bag cold and no discount or apology was offered. Looked at us like we were stupid for complaining!! Would never ever go here again. Absolute disgrace.

I live a 10 minute walk away from here however on this occasion I chose to get it delivered. I order on just eat at half 8 and received an email confirmation saying my food would be delivered by 9.15. By 9.45 my food still hadnt arrived however with it being a saturday I gave them the benefit of the doubt. By 10 I still hadnt got my food so I tried ringing to which I couldnt get through. I finally got through at half 10 (2 hours after ordering) to speak to a very rude girl on the phone and all I got was 'well he is on his way now'. I received no apology or discount for making me wait 2 hours.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
The worst take-away in darlington. Do not even try it. there are many other chinese take-aways in Darlington. I wouldn't eat their food if I had been starving for weeks and this was all I had! Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Bad quality food. Eat here at your own risk!
