Family Run 30-seater French Restaurant in the Heart of the City Centre with Baby Grand Waldstein Piano being played from 7.30pm, subject to bookings. French Chef Patron Didier Franchet creates superb traditional French cuisine as well as Modern British cuisine with artistic presentation and skillful preparation. Joanne and her front of house team offer friendly individual service to everyone and make you all feel special and comfortable. This small intimate restaurant/bistro has a menu to suit everyone. Traditional French Dishes including Beef Bourguignon, Cassoulet, Lapin and Confit Duck as well as typical but necessary British ones such as Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Fresh Lobster and Local Fowey Mussels in White Wine Marinade, Bellypork and Cottage Pie. The Front of House service is provided by Jo and her team of young enthusiastic waiters and waitresses. They are on hand to run through any questions you have on the menu no matter how trivial you consider they may be. They are there to help you with menu suggestions should you have any worries or allergies or intolerances. Chef Patron Didier, originally from La Rochelle, France has been in a kitchen all his life and loves being creative with his dishes and sauces. The presentation of the dishes show his passion and attention to detail. A restaurant for every taste no matter how complex and educated your tastebuds may or may not be.
