Shukokai karate was introduced into the U.K. in 1969 by sensei Kimura the senior instructor of Tani sensei, the founder of Shukokai karate.
In 1969 the Shukokai Karate Union (SKU) was formed,Chorely Shukokai is a member of the Shukokai Karate Union (SKU )
Shukokai is taught at the club as an art form, a self defence system and sport for those who want the competetive aspect of this exiting martial art. We also place great emphasis on fitness training and conditioning.
