Professional and Friendly local business
We are very happy with our new luxurious carpet from Chorleywood Flooring. The service we received from the moment I stepped in the shop was very professional and friendly. Staff are helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. They gave us time to make an informed decision and visited at a convenient time to carry out measurements and we received the quote the same day. When the carpet was delivered, it was installed by expert fitters who carried out the work with professionalism and in double quick time! We will use this company again (our bedroom carpet looks tatty now we have new carpet in the lounge and hall!) and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends/neighbours. I have in the past used a well known national carpet retailer when my disabled Mother needed new carpet. I recall the service we received then was not good, so I really wanted to use a local company and I am very glad I did. Keep up the good work :)

Chorleywood Flooring provided me with a first class service from start to finish. Punctual, polite, friendly and efficient. The whole team from shop staff to the fitters are professional in all that they offer. I would highly reccommend Chorleywood Flooring Ltd for a complete flooring service. Karndean is a fantastic and realistic product of a wood and tile effect to which I had fitted in my bathrooms and Hallway. The carpets are a fantastic quality and admired by all that have seen them.
