Dishonesty
This company won't answer your emails if you have a problem. The shelves have sagged on my bookcase and cracks appeared in the joints and I now know that they have no intention of rectifying the problems. Do not use them unless you have more money than sense.

Where are they??
I have now been waiting since May -- and cannot even get an installation date-- in fact can't even contact the company. Deeply disappointed and angry.

Unacceptable Business Practices
Paid in full for 3 radiator cabinets beginning of April 2013 on understanding they would be delivered within 8 weeks. As of 12th August Churchill's Cabinets has not delivered the cabinets, has not given me a date for delivery and does not answer the phone/return messages despite my numerous daily calls/voice mails. Furthermore I've posted same comment today on other internet forums and my comment has been immediately deleted, according to the forum,' by the business who holds the account for Churchill's Cabinets'

Great Installation

Really Pleased
We are really pleased with the radiator cabinets installed by Churchills. The hall looks really good now, much lighter and somehow roomier, at last we've got somewhere posh to stand our ornaments on. I would like to say that the young man who fitted the cabinets was extremely pleasant (even when our dog was trying to do the unspeakable things to his leg). I think his name was Jay and he deserves a pat on the back. We are gradually working our way around the house so will probably be calling Churchills again. The follow up and the service were excellent, thanks to all their workers.

True Craftsmen
We are absolutely delighted with the radiator cabinets fitted to our home yesterday. I was particularly impressed with the meticulous way that Bob carried out the installation and how polite and tidy he was in doing the installation. He is obviously a true craftsman who more than complements the quality of the cabinets.

Satisfied Customers
Their fitter arrived just before time last Friday & all was done in an hour or so. We are second timers as our first installation was for a Churchill radiator cabinet in the hall to boost hot air circulation in this key part of the house & a cabinet in our master bedroom. They looked good & performed well last winter & therefore we came back for 2 more in our fairly large lounge. Regards John & Josie M satisfied customers.
