We are a long estabished aupair agency and place long and short term aupairs. Long term placements are usually for up to 1 year and short term for a maximum of 3 months. All our aupairs are carefully checked and we also offer a post placement service.

Have had a very bad experience with Cinderella. I asked for a partial refund as I was not happy with the way they vet au-pairs. According to their terms and conditions they owe me 25% of what I paid. Trisha Whagorn - the office Manager - was very quick and efficient when it came to asking for my credit card details, but now that I am entitled to a refund, she is ignoring me. I have been given a number for Accounts which does not exist and - despite being told that the Agency's owner will contact me - I am still waiting for a call.... I would urge everybody who is looking for childcare to avoid Cinderella.
