Disappointed

I've been ordering frames online for most of my framing but decided to use these framers for a particularly special print as I wanted a professional finish and I was happy to pay £170 to get a good result. When the print was collected I was pleased with the framing but on closer inspection I realised that the frame looked identical to the ones I had been ordering online and assembling myself! All the corner fittings were the same (same make), the same material used for the glazing (which is acrylic and scratches easily and has a lot of glare) and they used the same screws and identical string that are provided with the online kits. It doesn't have the professional finish you would expect for the price (sharp, rough edges at the corners etc). I understand that businesses need to make a mark up but I paid way over the odds. I could have ordered an identical looking frame online for less than £85. When I called up they were rude and defensive. I would not recommend this framer at all. You are much better off ordering online.
