Tobias, I hope you haven't yet started proceedings against Clear Blue as you may find it to be a waste of money. We took them to the small claims court over unpaid debt and while we won our case, we were unable to recover any of the money as Clear Blue ignored the court's demands for payment. The court sent its bailiffs to their offices to find that the address given by Clear Blue is just a registered address used by hundreds of other companies and no one from Clear Blue was actually based there.

Dont Use Clear Blue
I used this company to buy a list of facilities managers and recieved a list with Gordon Brown as the faciltites contact at HM Treasury. The rest of the list was equally as bad. I complained and they agreed to a refund. Two months later, I have still not received a penny and am about to start court proceedings against them.
