What an terrible company. Started my bathroom in January, promised to complete in 1 week, left me without a sink for 12 days, I have one bathroom in my house. These 'tradesmen' were in and out out of my house for a nearly 3 months!! Fitted the wrong taps, a wonky bath and shower. Towel radiator also no measured properly and toilet doesn't flush away. Bath was replaced by one person who didn't protect the new floor which is now all scratched. When he fitted new bath he didn't fill it as you are supposed to so now the seal doesn't touch the bath when used and I have water leaking into my kitchen if I use shower. The shower screen doesn't work, water pours out, when I asked them to fix it they said well every shower leaks! When I complained they ignored me and have done so since, so bathroom is not complete and work not signed off. Shame on you Clearwater. Have initiated a claim against them, notified trading standards and have instructed a solicitor as this company are an absolute disgrace. Avoid them at all costs!!

Very disappointed with the whole experience. They were late in expediting, they did the job the wrong way round as the plasterer decided not to show, they ended up having to get a different plasterer who STILL didn’t complete the job, leaving me some plaster for my painter to sort before he painted!! ???? Left wires sticking out over the top of my units and a power point sitting out of the wall so I can’t push my washing machine in properly. I was constantly phoning to see when the job would be finished, where the tradesmen were and when the faults would be sorted which put me back 2 weeks for re opening my business (home meal prep service) It’s now been almost 2 years but right from word go, the service was atrocious. I spent twice as much as I could have with howdens as I was told the quality of the product was exceptional and they could get the job finished before my biz opening day. I was in my old house 14 years and never had to fix or replace anything. Now after 2 years, the range hood light is broken, the dishwasher button broken and both the corner cupboards have become mis aligned with what seems to be the weight of the doors. The magnet on one cupboard broke so I replaced it myself, now one part of the door has completely fallen off (on my toe!) the wood has split and I can see only every 2nd screw hole was used to fasten to the hinge. Absolute disgrace!!! If I could give zero I would. Trying to get hold of anyone to help is near on impossible!!

They fitted my bathroom 2 weeks ago and it looks amazing. I genuinely can't fault the service I've received, they were polite and friendly and not at all pushy. I've seen some of the other reviews and it was the complete opposite of my experience with the company because I cannot fault anything.

This company is happy to rip off pensioners with extortionate pricing for a kitchen. Avoid them at all costs. Would you believe they still maintain they are expensive because they have “soft closing doors” on their cabinets. Might have been a good selling point 30 years ago but not now. Avoid this company.

Had recent cold calls from this company about getting a new kitchen fitted not very impressed with cold calls told them I wasn't in a position to have someone to come to my house and give me a quote so glad I did when I have seen those bad reviews.

If you want a poor quality, overpriced, badly built kitchen with awful customer service and dishonest management, this is the place for you. Having a kitchen fitted by Clearwater will always be the worst financial decision i have ever made. They have lied, cheated and ignored the numerous defects and damaged kit for over a year now. Save yourself the frustration, you would be better flushing your money down the toilet, as long as it isn't a Clearwater toilet because that probably wouldn't work either

What a shambles from the initial design /survey to what they called completion for our supposedly “high quality kitchen”. We were told that we would have photographs taken of our kitchen when complete, however we had to pay for a decorator to make good the mess ClearWater had left. The troubles started when the kitchen units were not inline at the top, there was a 15mm step from one unit to the next at the boiler unit and it looked awful. The handles were not what we ordered. We asked for a wine rack, but what was fitted was far too wide and is now shelving and has no purpose for use and the quality control officer Mr Alan Patterson agreed with us but would not rectify the design of the “wine rack” (WHAT A JOKE) Shortly after “completion” we noticed that our new tiled floor was showing signs of cracking. They sent the tiler back who retiled the floor. Great we thought, however the cracking was still there after his fifth attempt to rectify the problem. ClearWater then decided to send a different tiler. When he came he noticed the problem straight away. The kitchen floor had not been screwed down properly and this is why the floor was constantly cracking. Our floor had to be completely removed and installed again. This should have been checked before the tiler started the first time. I would not recommend this company to an enemy never mind a friend as this has been an expensive, stressful and time consuming experience from CLEARWATER KITCHENS.

It has taken nearly 3 months from design/sale of kitchen to me getting what purports to be the finished product. The installers if the oven, hob and sink were quick and efficient whilst the fitters of the replacement doors and trim took longer than the 2 days quoted (it was 4 days over 2 months) and they were untidy and messy and with the long time gaps between visits we were left to clean up their mess after the 3 visits. Communication with the management was stilted and procrastinating, excuses were in abundance and Customer Services (Bobby) was always "away from his desk". I have a large house with a large garden and the fitters needed to use much of my outside space as well as my conservatory in which to work which makes me wonder how they would be able to overcome working in limited spaces of smaller houses and flats. In the end the joinery was generally ok but I do need to repaint my kitchen walls and clean down the ceiling panels. Sorry, only "E" for effort
