I ordered some cards on the 22nd December 22 and still waiting for them to arrive or a email comfirming what is going on, 02085023711 number is not working and keeps going to voicemail. what sort of company is this, i've left several voicemails and sent emails and no one is bothering to get in touch, but they have taken my money.

Care of your staff
I paid a visit to your store in Carlisle yesterday and was served by a very nice young lady. However I noticed that the doors were wide open and the assistants have to stand at the checkout which is very close to the open doors. It was very cold outside and the poor girl who served me was absolutely frozen. Surely some sort of screen could be put in place to protect your staff from the elements. I often purchase goods from your store and have always found your staff to be friendly and polite. They deserve better than this. V Atkinson 29/11/16

Not paying staff
My daughter works weekends at Clinton Cards and they have messed her about and not paid her properly - they owe her over £400 am- she is a student and only works for the money - if she is not Paid in April correctly we will be perusing this through the correct channels and reporting the company to the police for "frisking" her before she left work on her first sessions there - they should know that this is illegal and only to be done by police and immigration officials. Don't they know that treating staff well (including paying them) they will get more out of them - so it is one star for this lot of jokers

working times of staff
my partner works for clinton cards in a branch shop and was called into have a meeting at 18.30 on a friday that lasted over 4 hrs......!!!! surely head office could have scheduled in appropriate times for a meeting and done it in bit size portions of staff than get all the staff in on a friday night when people have their own lives and the girls( and many are just girls) are left to make their own way home at that time of night - no transport arranged for them!!!!!! Clinton cards senior management want to get their ar**s in gear and filter down to branch management appropriate times for meetings and if they do go on after certain times then transport should be laid on - i bet the posh do's execs go on for the company have transport laid on!

pricing error
Is it legal to buy an item from one of your stores pm £18.00 on the sale table 'every thing now £2.99 'for £2.99 only to find that the recneipt dicloses that the original price was £4.99. therefore. Clintonscard shop
On the 18/1013 I went in your loughton shop to buy some cards. At the till while Was paying the assistant asked me did I want to give a donation to a very well supported national charity. I said no. I told her in a polite way this was not acceptable to be doing this to customers. I feel you cannot be everything in society today. When I shop I find that it must make some customers feel terrible that they have to decline in these very harsh financial times. The assistant should not be doing this nor should Clinton cards. We all give privately,I know as I nurse these patients.
