Coed Talon is in the coastal village of Llwyngwril on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, between Tywyn and Fairbourne. The house is ideal for walking or cycling and is within easy reach of historic castles, narrow gauge railways and gold and slate mines. Sea and freshwater fishing, pony trekking and bike hire are available locally. The village is situated on the newly opened Wales coastal path and is serviced by the Cambrain Coastal Railway, making easy access from London and the Midlands.
