Lovely house but not lovely owner hanging round

The house is lovely, very cosy and with everything you need for a lovely break. Unfortunately, the owner is constantly hanging around and it feels like he is checking up on you. He even entered the kitchen when we were out for the day to empty the half full recycling bins..we were asked for a damage deposit 9months after our booking was made (4 weeks before our visit)..we obliged, of course, how could we not..and it was only on our return home that it became clear why!..I received a very rude email saying we had left the house in a right mess..we had not!..we had left the kitchen cupboards dirty! And had left bottle tops on the outside table and ash on the patio from the fire pit!, giving him an excuse to take money from our refundable deposit..don't go here, he will spoil it for you.
