Welcome to Cognisant Training and Development Cognisant Training is an NLP and people development company. We run training courses for both individuals and businesses focusing on communication and interpersonal skills development. We run open courses for NLP Diploma, Practitioner and Master Practitioners in the Chilterns at regular intervals, geared to balance your work and home life commitments, throughout the year. NLP opens the door to becoming more successful in all aspects of your life. It helps you to become a better communicator and can offer life changing skills for use on a day to day basis wherever you are, whoever you are.

Our areas of speciality are providing an insight into behaviour (organisational, personal and client) and communication skills using the latest research methods including NLP techniques.

As an independent training organisation we work with a number of talented specialist trainers to create tailor made programmes for a range of clients. We believe in providing the highest quality training at all levels in an organisation to help you achieve the greatest success and productivity.

By drawing on a range of experience and techniques we have developed and delivered successful programmes, ranging from one day workshops to six day management training; ensuring delegates learn innovative new ways to increase productivity and success with clients.

Many other training company programmes have very set outcomes, however we do not offer 'ready made' solutions as we believe that every company's needs are individual and, therefore, we offer individually tailored solutions to help you succeed most fully.
