and peace of mind is the most common benefit. With a 50+ funeral plan, you
choose the funeral you want and pay for your funeral director's services at today's
prices, relieving your family of any worries and uncertainty at what will inevitably
be a distressing time. You will have made the arrangements in advance, selected the
funeral director and taken care of the costs.

Will Writing

Without a valid Last Will and Testament your assets will be distributed according to the rules of Intestacy. These rules lay down a rigid method of estate distribution and make no account for your wishes.

Married Couples/Civil Partners – Writing a Will is the only way to be certain your spouse inherits all your assets (or not, depending on your wishes).
