Time is so precious, and it is more important than ever that we are able to work efficiently and of course that means speedily. Digital Britain Hmmmmm. So Britain is to be digitised, well sort of. While South Korea among other nations revels in speeds of 100 M bits GB is only likely to get 2 Mb.
