A newly established Denture clinic with an onsite Laboratory provides a onestop shop for all your denture needs.
We are staffed by full trained, qualified and experienced (in excess of 20 years), master dental technicians who take pride in what they do. One of the team members is a Clinical Dental Technician.
We offer a walk in service for your ease of access.

New Bespoke Hand Crafted Dentures

A full range of dentures is available from the more affordable standard range right up to the Comfi-Denture range all of our dentures are handcrafted and use the best materials available for that pricing level. Each technician completes each denture from start to finish meaning these are not manufactured in a production line with process workers repetitively doing one portion and handing it along the line. This means accountability so they are made properly. Try them you will be surprised!!

Denture Repairs While U wait only 30 mins

Any denture wearer dreads dropping thier denture or having it break whilst eating.
Call in to our walk in clinic and we can have it repaired and good to go in as little as 30 mins for as little as £25-00.
This includes an assessment of why it broke and how to prevent it from happening again.

Denture Relines, Rebases and soft linings

Sometimes a loose denture just needs a reline or a rebase to secure it nicely against the tissues and give it stability again.
This often happens when the patient has had teeth extracted and the gum has now healed.
For dentures that cause severe prolonged discomfort we are able to add a soft lining onto the fitting surface of the denture which effectively cushions the denture onto the tissues and gives reliable pain relief.

Clinical Dental Technician = The only Legal Alternative

Untill 2008 the only legal option to having dentures made and supplied was through your dentist. This changed with the recognition of the Clinical Dental Technician as a profession in the UK. This entitled dental technicans to undergo a very strict and extensive 2 year post graduate training in the clinical aspects of denture treatments. To date there are probably only 200 odd CDT's on the General Dental Councils records so it is easy to check if your denture provider is a CDT.
If he is not he has not had the necessary training to be able to treat you safely. Infection control in 99% of Dental Laboratories is not up to dental practise standards, medical emergency training is also not in place nor is emergency oxygen to mention just a few things. The last thing you want is a new set of denture and a added case of HEPATITIS just for good measure. Chrome Cobalt and Flexible partial dentures

In some cases upon a prescription of a dentist we will make and provide you with a Chrome cobalt (metal) denture when we need to replace some missing teeth. We use the existing teeth as support for the Chrome denture which makes them very stable and an absolute pleasure to wear. They last for a long time and as a wearer you do not even know they are there.
Some people prefer a thermo plastic flexible denture and these can be supplied as well.

Laboratory Deep Clean and Disinfection Service

With time dentures collect bacteria and a bit of build up which makes them unsightly and a bit grubby. This makes the mouth more suseptable to candida infection and bad breath. Use our laboratory deep Clean and Disinfection service to return your dentures to a sparkling clean state. This only takes 20 odd minutes and can be done while you wait. It is advisable to do this every 4-6 months. Contact us for our year long denture cleaning programme.

Home Visits available

There are occasions when patients are unable to attend a clinic for Denture treatment. To satisfy this need we provide a home visit service where we come to you. Having sucessfully made and fitted in excess of 3500 sets of dentures in Glasgow's carehomes between April 2011 and October 2013 we are more than competent to provide you with the best possible outcome even with cases of dementia or physical infirmness. Our first visits are free of charge and we would like a family member / guardian to be present during our initial no obligation discussions.
