This training school is part of a wellbeing project namely “Complement Wellbeing CICâ€, whose purpose is to promote and support the wellbeing of the communities of Sussex and surrounding areas. Our primary focus is on promoting wellbeing in both healthcare staff and therapy professionals and in those who we care for. We recognise that providing skills that are transferrable from the workplace to personal experiences promotes “self-care†and the greater ability to care for others.
