Many of my clients have incorporated Holistic Massage into their routine as an invaluable resource towards a healthy mind, body and spirit. It is undoubtedly a tremendous resource in the maintenance of overall health; as preventative in its powers as it is curative.

I have experience treating clients with a range of conditions including;
stress, insomnia, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, diabetes, muscle spasm and general aches and pains associated with work or stressful lifestyles. I have also treated clients presenting with somatic symptoms which can be associated with numerous physical illnesses, grief and emotional trauma.

Massage helps relieve the symptoms of stiff, tired joints, speeds up digestion and encourages improved circulation in addition to promoting relaxation and improved sleep. Feedback from clients who I have treated has been very positive – many have commented that they found the treatment soothing, non-invasive and beneficial.

In addition to my work as a hands-on therapist I have extensive experience facilitating workshops and individual consultations in the area of stress management, performance anxiety and presentation techniques. My interest in this area stems from twenty years experience performing, training and directing internationaly with many renowned opera and theatre companies, voice-coaching and guiding and directing executives in presentation skills for the corporate sector.
