Contemplating Canines - Educating you and your dog

Welcome to Contemplating Canines, a community devoted to dogs. All Contemplating Canine dogs are trained with care!

Contemplating Canines provides a friendly learning environment for everyone, whether you own your very first dog, compete at a professional level or simply enjoy learning in the company of other dog owners. Our classes/workshops aim to improve communication between you and your dog, educate you in more depth about your dog's physical and emotional needs, and bring out the best in your training partnership.

We are based in the Sidmouth area of East Devon. We offer puppy classes to help you and your puppy get off to a good start in life and clicker workshops for those interested in learning more about clicker training and improving their training skills. Completely new to clicker training? No problem! We have workshops for complete beginners and you can visit our video library to see more. We also offer behaviour advice and online 1-2-1 personal tuition is available. We offer a bespoke grooming service.

At the centre of Contemplating Canines education philosophy is the belief that everyone should be treated as an individual with respect. We strive to meet the needs of all our clients – whether they have two legs or four! Our wish is to inspire learning, in you and your dog.
