Avoid this letting agent

***AVOID CORNWALL WEB LET*** We had the misfortune of renting from this letting agent if they can even call themselves that! So unprofessional and no caring for there tenants. From December we had no fence, our drainage system for our washing machine was a hole in the wall coming from the garage that then floored our garden 3 or 4 times a week, the garage also leak badly, mould in every bedroom paint falling off the walls cos of leaks in the roof, our outside tap leaked all the time which cost us money our water bill was 200 more before we moved. We was given a notice to quit then it was removed in July less than month later we had a letter saying they would up the rent to nearly a grand, we was give a letter in June saying the work would start from the 4th July that never happened! The company is very unprofessional, Julie who runs this letting agent is heartless and only care about money and not her tenants. This has cause my family so much stress and upset over the last 15 months. New renter and property owners avoid this company like the plague. Just awful service. I know times are tough at the moment but doesn't give anyone or a company to treat people this way. Private sector are very much aware of this company. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them highly recommend you avoid this place!
