Very pleasant until he got our money
We paid Ian Wand over £9K for his Pool and Cabin Package. He was very pleasant until he received our money. Since then he has told us countless lies, made false promises and shouted at me over the phone. He also ignored our attempted communication by by phone, text and email. Three months on we are still waiting for missing parts.
