Creedence Training offers a comprehensive series of stand-alone courses aimed at individuals wishing to improve their workplace skills. These can be run in-house for a group of delegates, or individual employees can join a session run by Creedence off-site. Some of the courses we offer are: Presentation Training,CV Writing, Interview Skills, Time Management, Customer Care, Customer Communication, Exhibiting effectively.

Coaching is about now and the future. I, as the Island's leading Life Coach Practitioner in self-esteem and confidence building, help people discover the confidence and ability to move forward in a positive manner in the areas of their life where they crave change. Coaching is about breaking down your barriers that prevent this change from happening and creating the ideal environment for positive action to take place. Each of us has a purpose - which is not necessarily defined by work. Once you discover your purpose it will result in you feeling a sense of connection with your true self. When you connect with your authentic self, your spirit is alive, your heart is on fire and you can enjoy the experience of life.

THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY

Thought Field Therapy taps into the body's energy, clearing blockages without the use of needles, drugs or other invasive means. TFT has been helping millions of people over decades and has a 98% success rate. You don't have to verbalise your problem, just tell me the extent of the anxiety attached to a particular event or trauma. I will then instruct you where to tap on the energy points of your body and in what sequence, using just two or three fingers of either or both hands, while you keep thinking about the anxiety associated with the problem. The process is repeated several times until the anxiety subsides and the stress is relieved, permanently.
