Alignment Based Hatha Yoga Classes. Accessible yoga for all ages and abilities. Small friendly classes. You do not need to be flexible to start!
I teach regular yoga classes in the local area and small group and one-to-one classes both locally and beyond.
Come along and see how it feels to connect to your body, create space, relieve tension, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and improve posture.

A Revelation!!
Attending Clair's yoga classes has been a revelation. Having suffered with painful hips when walking for the past 7 years, I now find that the pain in my left hip has gone and the pain in the other is much reduced. I can only think that the stretching and relaxing exercises have done the trick !
