Allstar Kickboxing Academy is newly built with three floors which comprises an impressive 1400 square ft training area, shower and changing facilities, a cardiovascular area which includes resistance machines. All kick boxing lessons are taught by fully qualified black belt instructors. Whether you are completeley new to martial arts, a black belt, or simply looking to improve you skills, youll be inspired to reach your goals in a safe, friendly environment. The style taught at Allstar Kickboxing Academy is a mixture of light and full contact techniques, training involves a cardiovascular workout emphasising footwork, body mechanics, kick and punching combinations, defensive and offensive partner drills with sparring being optional. Our focus is NOT to hit hard and 'damage' other members of the class - aggressive behaviour is not welcome in the school. However, it is to learn an art form, improve confidence and fitness - at the same time as having fun!
