Our newly upgraded dog boarding kennel accommodation offers our doggy guests individual heated rooms with outdoor covered runs. Single and double-bedded rooms come with bed and vet bedding. Each guest or family is exercised individually on a lead or flexi-lead on our spacious grass paddocks subject to owner's wishes.

Very Poor
SERIOUSLY POOR CARE AND A DANGER TO YOUR DOG! I boarded my young 3 year old dog here as I had to fly out of the country for an emergency. I am an animal behaviourist and thought that my dog should be cared for here but was I mistaken! I came back to find that my dog had a serious injury to his tail, according to the kennels another dog had got hold of it. The injury had led to my dog needing surgery and part of his tail amputated. The Kennels provided poor customer service, the owners wife had the nerve to ask me if dog had feeling in their tail!?!!!! they run a dog training school and kennels are they stupid? of course my dog must have felt pain! Then they were surprised that I wanted to write a letter of complaint! They did not bother to ring me to ask how my dog was getting on after I picked him up! I would never trust them with any of my pets ever again and please don't trust them with your pet either.

Dog Holidays at Four Paws Hotel
Hello my name is Spencer, I am a Golden Retriever and I would like to tell you about my holidays at Crosskeys Kennels in Collier Row Road. I have been coming here for about 6 years and I always get excited when the governor loads me up in the car for the trip from Goodmayes.The accommodation is very comfortable and the food is just like home. I get my own apartment although if I%u2019m good I get a chance to meet some other boarders, as well as being taken for walks, the kennel staffs are lovely. Although I%u2019m always pleased to see the governor when he calls to collect me, I do miss the friends I leave behind. Never mind there%u2019s always next year.
