Shocking

Arrived back from Portugal on a slightly delayed flight waited 30 mins for luggage and was expecting to see someone waiting for us at arrivals Terminal 5 Heathrow as we came out at 10.55. Sadly there was no one waiting ! A phone call identified that they had seen that the flight was delayed and hence they had still not left .Obviously modern technology had passed them by as a casual glance at the Heathrow BA arrivals site would have identified when the flight had landed and an educated guess would have told them to expect us around the time that we exited arrivals . They had actually something like 3hrs to get it right . Incidentally we had booked it a week before we left . We then received a call to say they they were on their way and they would be 15 mins . The taxi driver also called to say that he had only just received the job at around 11.10 . He then arrived via the short term car park (having been told that we were waiting at departure level ) at around 11.40 over one hour after we had landed ! Help with the luggage was non existent so it is not surprising that we will not be using them again and would not recommend them to friends and family !!
