Cumbria Taekwondo Kendal provides training in the WTF style of taekwondo which is the officially recognised style of the olympic games. This Korean art of self defence and olympic sport is open to men, women and children of all ages and abilities. The club is run by experienced martial artists of 4th and 5th Dan rank. Taekwondo is effective in achieving better health and fitness, learning an explosive form of self-defence and building character and confidence.
