The best of starts - Customer Service at its best

Calm, sympathetic, reassuring, philosophical: this was Anna, carrying out a Service triage role thankfully for both Kingston and Twickenham / Isleworth centres. My 6-year-old Auris hybrid won't start, and requires a full Toyota diagnostic test, with major surgery likely to follow. My local Kingston (actually Raynes Park) branch were attentive to my plight, but unable to even think about offering an appointment slot - subject also to my getting the unmovable vehicle there - for at least two weeks. Isleworth might offer a better prospect - and they certainly did, thanks to Anna's professionalism, understanding, and basic humanity. She had an up-to-date view of the big picture and access to full booking details at both sites. Somehow she found an available slot for me, at Kingston, in only 1 week's time. My experience of Currie Motors' Service has always been good - but this was an outstanding example of actually caring for and about the Customer. THANK YOU to Anna - definitely a Red-hot Currie
