poor follow up
Barry Cursons installed our wood burner. Unfortunately rain water leaks from the roof down the pipe. Four times Barry has made an appointment but not turned up. His son installed a gas boiler. Because of this unreliability I engaged another company to carry out the yearly maintenance. They have found fault with the installation so I will incur costs rectifying this.
