Cannot recommend DCL Joinery

DCL were appointed to replace window and door units within council property. They showed zero respect for the job or my property. They caused various damages as well as leaving litter from the tea break laying around the property. The quality of the workmanship was very poor with a terrible fit and finish leaving brand new window and door units looking like used second hand castoffs. They took no care to protect floor coverings or furniture and fixings within the property and have damaged these. They also made the person leave my house to let them get on with the job quicker (this was not what the council expect). When the person returned 10 minutes before the time they were told to DCL staff were no where to be seen and the property had been left insecure doors were not locked. DCL arrived at 07:50 and we're gone sometime before 13:20 so it is not as if they were pressed for time. A little extra care and attention and perhaps a later finish time would have alleviated most of the shortcomings. Can not recommend this company and I don't feel the council should be making use of their inadequate services.
