having now been on to them re my mum's fridge/freezer for three weeks with no joy 'their excuse still waiting for the part from the supplier' when their policy is to repair within 7 to 10 working days. my mum is nearly eighty and to be without her freezer to keep ready meals in as she does not go out and somebody has to do her shopping for her she has been living on jacket potatoes. they have not offered any apology or any compensation for the long wait and have not even considered her age they have been quite unhelpful on the telephone. even when i asked them if they used dhl for next day delivery they said it is not their policy and they have to go through the normal channels. i hope i never have to contact them again and if the fridge/freezer breaks down again i think i will just go and buy a new one because i never want to experience the stress of dealing with this company again. certainly will not buy a brandt ever again.

unbeatable standards!!!
when my dedietrich dishwasher broke down the eng came out to me the very next day. he managed to fix the appliance on the 1st visit and was extremely helpful. all the girls in the office were a joy to talk to and went out of their way to offer me great advice. i will definitely be using this company in the future.
