Terrible customer support and billing.

I received a leaflet through my door and thought this was a great service. I placed an order that evening, and was delighted to see my order at the doorstep when I awoke. However, there was no bill attached. I went to the website hoping to find payment methods. There was none. Much later I received the ever-popular-among- bullies 'threat' of FINAL PAYMENT (underlined, of course) and the usual cockiness about 'we will have no alternative' cuteness. All this, for a bill totalling £1.16 - yes, not a misprint, ONE POUND SIXTEEN. This is the worst company I ever used. Of course calling placed me on hold and passed to several operators who finally said they would call me back for payment details. I know the phone call is more than the £1.16 bill! I hope this company folds as most ill-run ones do.
