PCB Assembly

We can offer you a complete manufacturing service which can include component procurement, automated double sided surface mount and mixed technology assembly, conventional through hole assembly, wire harnessing, product testing and final assembly. Our placement capabilities are comprehensive ranging from 0402 through to complex devices such as BGA and fine pitch QFP. Fully automated SMT placement, double sided convection reflow and through-hole manual assembly with wave solder.

We pride ourselves on flexible manufacturing which means we can supply product to you when you want. Our manufacturing facilities are able to accommodate small quantities (as few as one off boards) to quantities of upto 10,000.
